Summer Wraps
What do you need? - Two tablespoons mayonnaise - 125 ml of sour cream - 2 x 150 grams of smoked chicken breast, cut into strips - A red onion, chopped - Ten little carrots, sliced - Three tablespoons mint, chopped - A ripe avocado - A lime, squeezed - A spring onion - A large pack wrap tortillas (8 pieces)
Step 1: Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream scoop the chicken, onion and carrot juice.
Step 2: Place the chicken salad flavored with mint, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Step 3: Halve the avocado, peel them and remove the pit out.
Step 4: Cut the meat into strips and sprinkle with two tablespoons of lime juice.
Step 5: Cut the spring onions in half lengthwise. Cut in half again lengthwise and cut the strips in half.

Step 6: Heat the tortillas according to packet instructions.
Step 7: Divide the chicken salad on the tortillas and place the avocado on it.
Step 8: Sprinkle with scallions and fold one side over the filling.
