8 tips for winter
1. Watch a movie
Not the most original tip, but a very good one to kill time. What do you need? A sofa, a blanket, chocolate and a bowl of popcorn and maybe your best friends … and of course a stack of movies (that you have rented, borrowed or found online)!
2. Read a book
Grab a good book and curl yourself in a comfortable chair or couch. A cup of tea and a biscuit there makes it complete!

3. Watch series!
Personally I love TV series. I watch Revenge, Glee, Vampire diaries. But my favorite ones are Korean Drama’s. I recommend you to watch Can you hear my heart, Scent of a woman, Nice guy, Missing You. =)

4. Look at old photos
Something you do not often do, but always very nice: old pictures! Start at your baby pictures (ieee, you in a diaper!), So on to kindergarten pictures and then more recent pictures .. You will be surprised how many hours you spent with this

5. Organise a dinner
Organise a dinner for your friends or family. You have a nice evening anyway, you get to eat (and let’s be honest: we do like good food, especially in winter), the guests will be very grateful. A win-win situation!
6. Is it Snowing?
Nice! Then you can do the following things:
- Bobsleigh - Making snow angels - Build an igloo - Catch snowflakes with your tongue - Snowball Fight!- Just watching it fall

7. Do your homework
Chances are you when you’re bored you actually still have plenty of things to do. Those things are just not fun. Go on a “boring moment” and make your homework. Or work ahead. You will be proud of yourself and you feel so good. So just do your chores, even though they are stupid!
8. Change your room
You have your bed in the same place for years. Ditto for the wardrobe, desk and nightstand. Time for a change! Put your furniture in a new place and you have a whole new room.
